The Records Bureau is open 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday (except holidays). 
The Records Bureau is located inside the East Windsor Police/Court Building located at 80 One Mile Road.
Questions concerning police reports, including associated fees, can be answered by calling:

RECORDS FEE SCHEDULE

ALL FEES LISTED BELOW MUST BE PAID IN FULL
PRIOR TO BEING SENT BY MAIL OR FACSIMILE - NO EXCEPTIONS

I.  INCIDENT (INVESTIGATION) REPORTS:

  • Per page (letter size) - $0.05 per page
  • Per page (legal size) - $0.07 per page
  • Larger than legal will require a special service charge.

II.  ACCIDENT REPORTS:

  • (Picked up at Records window at East Windsor Police Headquarters)
    • Per page (letter size) - $0.05 per page
    • Per page (legal size) - $0.07 per page
    • Larger than legal will require a special service charge.
  • By Mail - Set fee of $5.00.

III. DISCOVERY Requests from Attorneys/Defendants via mail

  • All requests for discovery in matters pending in the East Windsor Municipal Court shall be submitted through the Municipal Prosecutor.
  • All reports will be compiled and you will be contacted for the cost associated with such a request.
  • Per page (letter size) - $0.05 per page
  • Per page (legal size) - $0.07 per page
  • Larger than legal will require a special service charge.

IV. PERSONAL RECORDS (BACKGROUND) CHECK:

  • Set fee of $15.00

V. ADDITIONAL REPRODUCTION FEES (In addition to fees listed above)

  • Digital Picture to CD - $1.00 per CD
  • CD Reproduction (radio/9-1-1/phone calls) - $1.00 per CD
  • In-Car Camera/Driving While Intoxicated Videos - $1.00 per DVD

*In-Car Camera/DWI Videos may be reviewed, no charge, at EWPD by appointment with Traffic Sergeant 609-448-5678 ext. 228).

Reports may be picked up Monday through Friday between the hours 8:30 am and 4:00 pm. Requests to pick up reports after hours and weekends will be granted only when prior arrangements have been made with records personnel.

NOTE:   NO   DISCOVERY WILL BE PROVIDED ON DAY OF COURT APPEARANCE.
