PUBLIC NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE, in accordance with N.J.S.A 40A:11-36 of the Local Public Contracts Law, that East Windsor Township shall conduct a sale of surplus property via online auction, commencing on Monday, August 24 and concluding Monday, August 31.  The online auction is being conducted by Municibid.com and all bidders must pre-register at www.municibid.com.  

The surplus property is being sold in “as-is” condition without express or implied warranties.  The following property is being auctioned:   20 automobiles, 5 heavy duty vehicles, 6 bicycles, electronic equipment and other miscellaneous items.  The auctioned items can be accessed on the East Windsor Township website home page.  

A complete list of all items to be auctioned also is available on file in the office of the Municipal Clerk and may be obtained during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at (609) 443-4000, extension 237, or via email at clerk@east-windsor.nj.us. 

Municibid will notify all bidders via email on the status of their bid and bid awards.  Winning bidders submit payment by certified bank check only made payable to East Windsor Township, Attention: Manager’s Office, and must reference the listing number found on the Municibid website. 

East Windsor Township reserves the right to accept or reject any bids submitted.
