Mayor Mironov stated, “So as demonstrated tonight, East Windsor will have 100% participation by our members. Tonight we are issuing a challenge to our friends and partners the Hightstown mayor and council to equal our participation for this charitable event to raise funds for Child Development Center, Better Beginnings.” She noted, “The event, which is co-chaired by myself and the Hightstown Borough mayor, is to honor the Shining Stars and to raise money for Better Beginnings which is a great facility for children within our community.”
