East Windsor Township Unveils New "Einstein’s Alley" High-Tech Corridor Signs

Mayor Janice S. Mironov, joined by Council Members and East Windsor Economic Development Committee Members, partnered with Einstein's Alley Executive Director Katherine Kish and Board Members to unveil and install the first East Windsor Township Einstein's Alley High Tech Corridor Sign. The first East Windsor "Einstein's Alley High-Tech Corridor" sign was installed on Princeton Hightstown Road in front of Novo Tech, a new East Windsor pharmaceutical related RnD company, occupying the former Patscentre building designed by renowned British architect Sir Richard Rodgers who also designed the Pompidou Center in Paris. Several of the signs will be placed strategically throughout the East Windsor High-Tech Corridor.

Mayor Mironov stated, "Einstein's Alley is a great partner in East Windsor's important and pro-active efforts to advocate for high-tech business development to locate in East Windsor. We have experienced significant progress toward our goal of attracting high-tech businesses to our community, highlighted by Novo Tech's recent move to the Sir Richard Rogers designed Patscentre building. Several other high tech research-based companies also call East Windsor home, including firms as Aprecia, CoreTech Solutions, Elementis, Evans Analytical Group, Hovione, Sabinsa, Shiseido and Windsor Labs. According to Mayor Mironov, "The new East Windsor Einstein's Alley High Tech Corridor signs will recognize East Windsor as the place where innovative, technology-based industry is located and thrives and encouraged."

Einstein's Alley Executive Director Katherine Kish stated, "East Windsor Township is located at the heart of Einstein's Alley, strategically located between New York City and Philadelphia, and we look forward to continuing our effective economic development partnership with Mayor Mironov and making New Jersey's Einstein's Alley region the Silicon Valley of the East Coast. These new signs underscore East Windsor Township's success and commitment to local economic development and attracting high-tech companies to East Windsor Township."

Einstein's Alley is a private, non-profit economic development initiative whose purpose is to attract, build and retain technology-based businesses in Central New Jersey. Einstein's Alley collaborates and coordinates with existing governmental and private sector organizations to grow the region as a magnet for entrepreneurial activity and as a globally recognized economic powerhouse. The goal is to make Central New Jersey the destination for technology companies, which is highlighted by East Windsor's High-Tech Corridor along Princeton Hightstown Road and Old Trenton Road.
