East Windsor to Host "Einstein’s Alley" Event / Business Networking Thursday, October 9

Mayor Janice S. Mironov and the East Windsor Economic Development Committee are jointly sponsoring with the East Windsor Chapter of the MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce the East Windsor Township “Einstein’s Alley High-Tech Corridor” event, to include business networking, onThursday, October 9 commencing at 5 p.m. at Novo Tech (former Patscentre building), located at 279 Princeton Hightstown Road, East Windsor.

The event will include an update by Mayor Mironov on the East Windsor High-Tech Corridor along with the unveiling of the new East Windsor“Einstein’s Alley” sign, to be placed strategically throughout the East Windsor High-Tech Corridors. Business networking will take place, and refreshments will be served.

Einstein’s Alley is a private, non-profit economic development initiative whose purpose is to attract, build and retain technology-based businesses in Central New Jersey. Einstein's Alley collaborates and coordinates with existing governmental and private sector organizations to grow the region as a magnet for entrepreneurial activity and as a globally recognized economic powerhouse.

Their ultimate goal is to make Central New Jersey the destination for technology companies, which is highlighted by East Windsor’s High-Tech Corridor along Princeton Hightstown Road and Old Trenton Road. The Einstein’s Alley signage program encourages and supports the placement of roadside signs by municipalities.

Mayor Mironov stated, “East Windsor Township is excited to partner with Einstein’s Alley and the MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce in sponsoring this event and advocating for high-tech business development in East Windsor and the region. We continue to experience tremendous progress in achieving our goal of attracting high-tech businesses to our community, highlighted by Novo Tech’s recent move to the Sir Richard Rogers designed Patscentre building.” According to Mayor Mironov, “The new East Windsor Einstein’s Alley High Tech Corridor signs will recognize East Windsor as the place where innovative, technology-based industry is located and thrives and encouraged.”

Mayor Mironov added, “We are grateful to Novo Tech for hosting this business networking event and invite business and community members to join us in our discussion of the ongoing local efforts to bring high-tech businesses to our community.”

The schedule for the October 9 event is networking begins at 5 p.m., followed by a program beginning at 5:30 p.m., which will include an update on East Windsor High-Tech Corridor and the unveiling of the new East Windsor “Einstein’s Alley” sign. All businesses and interested members of the community are invited to attend. The cost of the event is $10.00.
