Smashburger to Open in Windsor Center on Route 130 South in East Windsor Township

Mayor Janice S. Mironov announced that Smashburger will be opening in Windsor Center, at the southwest corner of Route 130 South and Princeton Hightstown Road, in mid-2014. The new restaurant will occupy 2,800 square feet next to Lee’s Cleaners and Sushi King. Smashburger joins other new stores Bottom Dollar grocery, Retro Fitness and Ross Dress for Less in the revitalized and renovated Windsor Center.

Smashburger is known for its “smashed seared and seasoned to order” burgers made from certified Angus beef, along with a menu which includes grilled chicken sandwiches, fresh entrée salads, an array of signature sides including sweet potato fries and fried pickles, and hand-spun Haagen-Dazs shakes. The restaurant also offers localized burgers in each market based upon regional flavors.
