Mayor Janice S. Mironov announced that Bottom Dollar Food grocery store will be opening on October 24 at 8 am in Windsor Hights Shopping Center (now known as Windsor Center), located at the southwest corner of Route 130 and Princeton Hightstown Road. Mayor Mironov and Council Members will join Bottom Dollar Food executives at a grand opening ceremony beginning at 8 am. Retired Philadelphia Eagles football great Bill Bergey also will be on-hand signing autographs.

Bottom Dollar Food, which offers customers a wide assortment of national brand grocery items, is occupying 22,500 square feet of the former Super Fresh space. The company has updated the store with a prototype design that has been successful in their other locations throughout the United States. New shopping center owners Advance Realty and Structure Tone Equities have undertaken several improvements at Windsor Center, which include a completely renovated façade and signage.

Mayor Mironov stated, “Bottom Dollar Food is a great addition to the Center and Route 130 corridor, a new grocery store that offers national brands at competitive prices.” Mayor Mironov continued, “We also are excited about the positive revitalization activity at Windsor Center including several new tenants resulting from aggressive leasing efforts and significant improvements to the Center’s façade and signage.” Mayor Mironov added, “Bottom Dollar Food has made a great decision in choosing Windsor Center in East Windsor for their new store, a prime location in the heart of the vibrant Route 130 corridor.”
