Riviera at East Windsor Recognized for Hurricane Sandy Relief Drive

East Windsor Township Mayor Janice Mironov applauded Riviera at East Windsor Board Members and residents for their “generous spirit and highly successful Hurricane Sandy relief drive held on November 19, 2012, to assist victims of Hurricane Sandy. Riviera residents rallied swiftly to support our fellow New Jersey citizens hard hit by Sandy.”

The Board Members of Riviera at East Windsor and homeowners in the community raised donations of over $4,000, and collected over 200 bags of clothing, food, cleaning supplies and miscellaneous items for Hurricane Sandy victims. All collected items were delivered to the American Legion Post No.148, a local drop-off site, the next day.

Mayor Mironov noted, “The collective enthusiasm demonstrated by the Riviera at East Windsor Homeowners Board, Social Committee and residents to assist families in our hard-hit state truly represents our proud sense of community here in East Windsor. We encourage all East Windsor residents to continue our help and support for those in need."
