Mayor Janice S. Mironov announced the opening of the Pulte Group Design Center in the Windsor Crossing Shopping Center, located on Route 33 West just off of Route 130 North. The new Pulte Group Design Center occupies the entire second floor of the free standing 5,000 square foot Garden State Community Bank building. Pulte Homes is currently constructing “Windsor Cove,” fifty-one single family homes, on Airport Road in East Windsor Township.

The design center will be the main showroom for all of the current housing developments constructed by Pulte Homes and its affiliates, including Pulte Group, Centex, and Del Webb Communities in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. The center will provide a place for homebuyers to visit and meet with designers in order to select their fit and finish options such as flooring, countertops, hardware, cabinets, sinks, fixtures, and paint schemes. Mayor Mironov stated, "The Pulte Group Design Center offers homebuyers a great opportunity to spend time with company representatives as they choose decor for their new homes.
