Mayor Janice S. Mironov along with Council Members participated in a ribbon-cutting for the grand re-opening of Charlie Brown’s Steakhouse in the East Windsor Village Shopping Center, located on Princeton-Hightstown Road west of Lanning Boulevard. According to representatives of Charlie Brown’s Steakhouse, the restaurant employs approximately 80 people for a wide variety of positions. Charlie Brown’s hours of operation are from 11:30 a.m. to midnight seven days a week.

According to Mayor Mironov, “we are pleased to have Charlie Brown’s Steakhouse reopened at this prominent location in our community. Charlie Brown’s is a popular restaurant for area residents looking for a good place to dine for lunch or dinner.”

Charlie Brown’s Steakhouse renovated the interior of the existing building to include additional booths, fresh paint, new carpeting and a new wood floor in the bar area. The exterior of the building was repainted and new canopies provided.
