In accordance with Governor Murphy's Executive Order No. 150, effective Monday, June 15 at 7 A.M.,  Food and Beverage Establishments will be permitted to offer in-person service in outdoor areas. Mayor Mironov and Council Members, to support local eateries, have implemented a streamlined process to approve new or expanded temporary outdoor dining. The Township also is waiving all application, engineering and review fees, and required performance and maintenance bonds to support and encourage local businesses in their efforts to re-open to the public.  Additional information for local establishments wishing to provide temporary new or expanded outdoor dining is available online (CLICK HERE) or by calling the Township Manager's office at (609) 443-4000, ext. 245.
