Your Favorite East Windsor Restaurants for Pickup and Delivery

Restaurant Month - Week #1

All of the East Windsor Township community has pulled together over the last several months so that we can support one another and manage our way through these challenging and unprecedented times.  Many essential workers have continued to ensure that important services are available to those who need them in their daily lives.  This includes many retail restaurants and eateries which have adapted their business to continue providing food locally for pickup and delivery.

East Windsor Township is home to many great dining establishments of varied cuisines and styles as well as bakeries, coffee shops, pizzerias, delis and restaurants.

To continue to support these community businesses, we're introducing "EAST WINDSOR TO GO".  The "East Windsor To Go" program list on the Township website shows all of the food establishments that are open for food delivery or contactless pickup at their locations.  The list also identifies those that sell gift cards for purchase either online or as part of a pickup order. They make great gifts and help better ensure these businesses will continue to thrive in our community and still be here for us in the future.

Mayor Janice S. Mironov noted, “East Windsor Township’s restaurants have always been at the heart of our community for casual and fine dining as well as a great many group events. Their support for our local community partners has been generous over the years.  Many of the business owners are also Township residents.  We all have pulled together in this challenging time.  Our restaurant community has been there for us in good times and we can be there for them in this time as well by continuing to patronize their businesses.”  

To kick off the program, Mayor Mironov is asking that all residents consider ordering from the "East Windsor To Go" list starting the Week of Friday, May 22 to create a surge of business for our community restaurants and food establishments.  To further promote the program, residents enjoying meals from our local businesses can post pictures of their dishes on social media with the hashtag s #EWToGOisGreat and #EastWindsorEats.  More to follow on this theme!
