  1. REMINDER: East Windsor Township Will Hold Document Shredding and Electronics Recycling Event on Wednesday, July 15 from 4 P.M. to 8 P.M., Rain or Shine, at the East Windsor Senior Center (40 Lanning Boulevard). NO OTHER DROP-OFFS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THIS EVENT. This Township event, sponsored by Mayor Janice S. Mironov and Council Members, will offer Free document shredding to East Windsor residents (no commercial drop-offs are permitted), with a limit of ten boxes per household. Electronics Recycling is limited to only televisions, computers and accessories, monitors, fax machines, cell phones, VCR's, cable boxes and telephones. All drop off shall be "Contact-less" and residents must remain in their vehicles at all times. Trained staff wearing masks and gloves will remove items from the trunk and rear seat of the vehicle.   2. ALERT: New Jersey Department of Transportation Roadway Milling and Repaving Project for the Entire Length of Route 133 in Both Eastbound and Westbound Directions Continues with Milling and Paving of the Eastbound Lanes, which began today July 10 during overnight hours, 8:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. Route 133 will remain open during non-work hours. Residents should be alert to posted road closures and detours. The Westbound lanes are expected to be closed beginning on July 14 and 15, during overnight hours, 8:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.,

East Windsor Roadway Improvements to Dutch Neck Road between Hightstown Borough and Route 130 North and Morrison Avenue between Hightstown Borough and Dutch Neck Road, and Dutch Neck Road West of Route 130 to One Mile Road Continue. Repairs to curbs, handicapped ramps and driveway aprons were completed, and milling and paving are now underway. The roadway improvements, funded by a $393,575 New Jersey Department of Transportation grant, are anticipated to be completed on or about July 17, weather permitting.
  4. July 7 Primary Election Results Are Available on the County Clerk Website (CLICK HERE).
  5. East Windsor Roadway Improvements to Charred Oak Lane and Shagbark Lane began on Tuesday, July 7. The project will include milling and resurfacing as well as repair to curbs and driveway aprons, with anticipated completion by the end of the month.
