One Mile Self Storage is an enclosed self-storage facility with multiple buildings totaling 77,268 square feet on a 7.17 acre parcel. The units, which range from 5 feet by 5 feet to 10 feet by 30 feet, feature amenities as drive-up access, temperature control, elevator access, high ceiling units with shelves upon request, facility camera monitoring, and secure gate access via cell phone. East Windsor Mayor and Council Encourage Residents and Businesses to Support Womanspace "Communities of Light" on Monday, December 7, by purchasing candles to light up the streets of East Windsor as a powerful symbol of hope for men, women and children impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Citizens can participate by purchasing luminary kits, containing six candles each, for $10 at any time at the East Windsor Police/Court Building (80 One Mile Road) and placing them on their porch or in front of their homes or businesses at 5 P.M. on Monday, December 7. Alternatively, residents can purchase the candle kits, and drop them off at the municipal court/police building or municipal building and they will be used to light up the Municipal Building at 16 Lanning Boulevard, on Monday, December 7. All proceeds will go 100% directly to Womanspace, the primary Mercer County organization providing a comprehensive array of services to individuals affected by domestic violence and dedicated to improving the quality of life of abuse victims and their families. - Applications for "The Property Tax Freeze" for Seniors Deadline Extended to December 31, 2020. Homeowners who were 65 or older or 100% disabled in 2018 and received Federal Social Security Disability benefits may be eligible for this program that establishes a base year for property taxes and reimburses the homeowner for any increase in the future tax years. To qualify, a senior must live in New Jersey continuously for at least 10 years, owned or lived in his/her home or mobile home for at least the last 3 years, paid the full amount of property taxes or site fees due for the base year and each succeeding year for which the reimbursement is claimed, and had gross income for 2019 of $91,505 or less and for 2018 of $89,013 or less.
