  1. East Windsor Will Be Holding "National Night Out" on Tuesday, August 6, from 5:30 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. at the East Windsor P.A.L. Complex (30 Airport Road). This annual fun educational Township event, sponsored by Mayor Janice S. Mironov and Council Members in conjunction with Chief of Police Jason Hart, features crime watch information, displays of emergency services equipment, canine drug detection demonstrations, booths and displays by area groups and businesses with information and giveaways supporting the National Night Out theme, DJ provided music and refreshments. Youth games and activities will feature jumping/climbing inflatables, a climbing obstacle course, face painting and air brush tattoos.   2. Township Holds Graduation for Students Successfully Completing the East Windsor Youth Police Academy Program. The Youth Police Academy was a week long program which offered 25 young residents entering the 6th, 7th and 8th grades the opportunity to interact with police officers and gain an understanding of modern day policing and an enhanced sense of community. Members of the Police Department and the East Windsor P.A.L. partnered to teach the classes, with Police Detective Thomas Nicola serving as Chief Instructor. Mayor Janice S. Mironov and Council Members Russell, Katawick, Whittington and Zoller were on hand to congratulate the graduating class of the 2024 East Windsor Youth Police Academy.

    The 2024 East Windsor Youth Police Academy Class Graduation Ceremony took place at the Township Police/Court Building and was attended by Parents and Guardians of the students and local officials, including Mayor Janice S. Mironov and Council Members. Pictured are the graduating class of the 2024 East Windsor Youth Police Academy, along with Chief Instructor, Police Detective Thomas Nicola and Police Officer Nicole Orbin.
  3. East Windsor Holds "All About Joel," a Billy Joel Tribute Band Concert, on Sunday, July 21 at 6 P.M. at Etra Lake Park. "All About Joel", a Billy Joel tribute band, features veteran piano playing and lead vocals performing the music of Billy Joel, one of the greatest piano players of all times. In the case of inclement weather, the concert will be moved to Melvin H. Kreps School auditorium (5 Kent Lane).
  4. East Windsor Holds "80's Revolution" Concert on Sunday, July 28 at 6 P.M. at Etra Lake Park. "80’s Revolution” will perform all genres of the 80’s. The group puts on an electric show dressed in full 80’s style, featuring favorite 80's artists such as Whitney Houston, Bon Jovi, Cher, Madonna, Journey, Michael Jackson and more. In the case of inclement weather, the concert will be moved to Melvin H. Kreps School auditorium (5 Kent Lane).
  5. SPECIAL NOTICE ON TAX BILLS: Mailing of Third Quarter Tax Bills due August 1st will be DELAYED, pending finalization of the Certified Tax Rate from the County. The Township will keep residents updated as new information is available. The grace period will be extended for 3rd quarter only based on the actual mailing date.   6. The Mercer County Board of Elections is Seeking Election Board Workers for the November General Election. Mercer County residents who apply and complete a required training session can earn up to $300 during a Full Day shift (Half Day shifts are also available and offer $150).
