Child Health Conference
Child Health Conference (Well Baby Clinic) is 1-2 times a month at Grace N. Rogers School. 380 Stockton St. (Entrance on Oak St.). Appointments are required, as clinic times may vary. Morning and evening hours are available.
The clinic is open to children two weeks to 18 years of age. It is restricted to children without health insurance. Parents will need to provide a current copy of their child’s immunization record. Appointments can be made by calling the Health Department at (609) 443-4000 ext. 422. Physical exams, sports physicals, and working papers are provided. Immunizations, TB testing, and lead screening are also available.
TB Testing
Employment requiring TB testing can be scheduled with the Health Department. Two appointments are needed, spaced 48 to 72 hours apart. Documentation of test results will be provided. Appointments can be made with the Public Health Nurse at (609) 443-4000 ext. 422.
Home Visits
Home visits for residents are provided by the Public Health Nurse. Wellness visits, blood pressure monitoring, med box refills, and assistance with glucose monitoring can be scheduled.
Flu Clinics
Senior Citizen Flu Clinics are held in the early fall. Appointments for the flu shot can be made by calling the Health Department at (609) 443-4000 ext. 422.
Residents must be 60 years old or older. Pneumonia shots are also available for residents 65 years and older. Home visits are available for the frail and homebound residents. If you have special medical needs, or chronic illnesses, please contact the Public Health Nurse for further assistance.
STD/HIV Clinics
Free and confidential STD and HIV testing available at the Hamilton Township Division of Health STD Clinic. Walk-in hours are Tuesdays, from 9 am to 12 pm (noon). The clinic is located at 2100 Greenwood Avenue, Hamilton, New Jersey 08609. Please be prepared to present a photo ID at the time of check-in. Call (609) 890-3647 to confirm hours.
